We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, don’t worry — we offer an easy exchange and return process across Pakistan.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The product you received is different from what you ordered.

The product is damaged, defective, or not as shown.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
2. How to Request an Exchange or Return
To request an exchange or return:

Send us a message on WhatsApp (+92 332 3766859) within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Share your order number, reason for exchange/return, and product images.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping

In case of wrong or defective item, we’ll cover the return delivery cost.

For size exchanges or change of mind, the customer will bear the return courier charges.
4. Refund Policy
If approved, refunds are issued via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned product.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, your refund will be sent to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account.
5. Advance Payment Orders
If you paid in advance via Easypaisa, and the product you receive doesn’t match your order or arrives damaged, we’ll refund 100% of your payment.
It is Sunnat to refund customers if the item is not as promised — your satisfaction is our responsibility.
